Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order before shipping without giving any reason for doing so.

You can inform us of your decision by e-mail ken@backfromthedeadguitars.com

We will reimburse you via paypal refund as per their refunding of money policy.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were received in the last 5 days

• The goods are in the original packaging or repackaged in similar packaging conditions

• That there was a confirmation or proof of delivery from shipper to Back From the Dead Guitars

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The guitar was made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

Back From the Dead Guitars will mail to the original shipping address a prepaid return shipping label. You are responsible for repackaging the guitar, sealing the shipping box and dropping the guitar off to the return shipper

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
