Unless specifically stated otherwise, guitars sold by Back From the Dead Guitars are not new factory-stock instruments. They may include original parts, replacement parts, repaired areas, cosmetic wear, upgraded electronics, changed hardware, refinished areas, setup adjustments, or other modifications.

Each guitar is sold based on the individual listing description, listing photos, disclosed condition, and included accessories.

Product Descriptions and Condition

Back From the Dead Guitars makes reasonable efforts to describe each guitar accurately and to show the condition of each item through written descriptions and photographs.

Because used and restored guitars vary from one instrument to another, cosmetic wear, repaired areas, small finish marks, prior use, setup variation, aging, checking, replaced parts, and normal signs of handling may be present.

Known material repairs, modifications, replaced parts, functional concerns, or visible condition issues will be disclosed whenever reasonably possible.

Photos are part of the product description. Buyers are encouraged to review all photos and ask questions before purchasing.

Minor differences in screen color, lighting, reflections, wood grain, finish appearance, or photo angle are not considered listing errors.

Used, Restored, and Modified Instruments

Back From the Dead Guitars does not represent modified instruments as factory-original unless clearly stated in the listing.

Any brand names, model names, or manufacturer references are used only to identify the original instrument, compatible parts, or known components. Back From the Dead Guitars is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those manufacturers unless specifically stated.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Product availability may change without notice. Because many guitars are one-of-a-kind used or restored instruments, an item may become unavailable after purchase due to inventory error, damage discovered before shipment, prior sale, or another issue.

If Back From the Dead Guitars cannot fulfill an order, the buyer will be notified and refunded.

Back From the Dead Guitars reserves the right to correct pricing errors, listing errors, or availability errors before completing a sale.

Orders and Payment

Orders are not final until payment has been received and accepted.

Shipping

Shipping Damage
